Gujarat National Law University Ph.D in Law - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2025

The fee for Ph.D in Law at GNLU Gandhinagar is 143000 INR. Ph.D in Law admission 2024 at GNLU Gandhinagar will be based on NET, UGC.

The eligibility criteria for pursuing a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) are as follows: Candidates must have a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade. For candidates with a non-law background, a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 55% marks is required. Additionally, candidates must have qualified in the UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/SLET/GATE/teacher fellowship examination or have an M.Phil. degree with a minimum of 55% marks. Applicants are also required to submit a research proposal and clear the entrance examination and interview conducted by GNLU.
