You need to obtain a valid score in either of these exams. The selection process is done on the basis of the merit list prepared on the basis of the JEE Main or MHT CET scores. However, since the rules change every year, it is best to call the college directly and find out. If at all they do provide Lateral entry admission, it would be based on the rules of Army Institute of Technology (AIT) Pune or Maharashtra state.
