End Semester/Trimester Examination Fee Announcement - The End Semester Examinations for I Semester UG & PG Programmes, I Trimester MBA and I & III Semester LLB Programmes (Practical and Theory Courses) will be held during November/December 2025 and January 2026. Students are hereby informed to prepare well for the examination and pay the examination fee as per the schedule below: - **Without late fee**: From 10/10/2025 to 22/10/2025 - **With a late fee of Rs. 200**: From October 24, 2025 to October 28, 2025 - **With a late fee of Rs. 500**: From October 30, 2025 to November 03, 2025 **Note:** Clear all dues (tuition fee/lab dues/library dues, etc.) before paying the examination fee. After making the payment, if the fee payment is not reflected on the ERP system, students should report to the Student Support Centre on the next working day with valid proof of the transaction. The examination fee once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted under any circumstances. Students who do not apply for the end semester examination by paying the examination fee will not be allowed to appear for the examination and will not be eligible for promotion to the next semester. Payment of the examination fee does not guarantee that students will be allowed to appear for the examination. A student will be allowed to appear for the examination only if they have the required attendance and the institution is satisfied with their discipline as per the guidelines.
1. Caste Certificate :- Signed by Tahasildar issued within the last 5 years (Reg no starting with RD)
2. Income Certificate of the Parents:- Signed by Tahasildar & renewed on or after July 2014. Income should be below 2.5 Lakh.
NB:- Income certificate should mention both the father's & grand father's name
3. Marks Card: - For 1st Year degree students – 10th & PUC marks card. For 2nd & 3rd Year students - 10th Mark card, PUC, and Degree marks card.
4. Fee receipt of this Academic Year (2016 - 2017).
5. Student Bank Account detail – copy of Pass Book & Aadhaar card
6. The First year students should register their details on the Website using the following links and attach the copy of the same.
