Nationality

  • Candidates must be of Indian nationality and have graduated from an Indian institution. Or
  • Foreign and PIO/ NRI candidates may also apply separately

Qualifications for Mtech

  • Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% or first-class honours in a full-time graduating degree from a recognised Institute/University.
  • Candidates must have completed a suitable degree programme for a specific M.Tech speciality as specified.
  • Candidates in their last year of an undergraduate degree are also eligible for admission, provided that the final semester/year is completed before the start of the counselling procedure.
